{"id":779,"date":"2022-09-22T07:56:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T07:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agendaurbana.alcoi.org\/2022\/09\/21\/eix-8\/"},"modified":"2022-10-06T11:05:46","modified_gmt":"2022-10-06T11:05:46","slug":"eix-8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agendaurbana.alcoi.org\/es\/2022\/09\/22\/eix-8\/","title":{"rendered":"Eje 8: Vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de una sesi\u00f3n participativa online, llevada a cabo el 25 de mayo de 2021, con los y las representantes municipales que conforman el Grupo de Trabajo 2 \u2013 Reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social se trabaj\u00f3 en el contraste y validaci\u00f3n de las principales conclusiones del an\u00e1lisis DAFO realizado por la Agenda Urbana Espa\u00f1ola para la globalidad de los municipios espa\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esta sesi\u00f3n, se reflexion\u00f3 sobre si la fotograf\u00eda de situaci\u00f3n actual de los municipios a nivel estatal es extrapolable a Alcoy. Asimismo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una din\u00e1mica de cocreaci\u00f3n, centrada en identificar las principales debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades del municipio en el eje estrat\u00e9gico class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dificultades de acceso a la vivienda como consecuencia del elevado precio, la escasez de oferta adecuada o la insuficiencia de ayudas locales (valoraci\u00f3n 4,1\/5)<\/li><li>Escasez de vivienda social a precio asequible, con un insuficiente n\u00famero de viviendas sujetas a protecci\u00f3n p\u00fablica para hogares con rentas bajas (valoraci\u00f3n 4,1\/5)<\/li><li>Baja eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de una gran parte del parque edificatorio, en particular en el parque de vivienda (valoraci\u00f3n 4,2\/5)<\/li><li>Deficiente conservaci\u00f3n y\/o problemas de accesibilidad de una gran parte del parque edificatorio, en particular en el parque de vivienda (valoraci\u00f3n 4,2\/5)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dificultades para acceder a la vivienda de la poblaci\u00f3n joven, lo que dificulta la emancipaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n de nuevos hogares (valoraci\u00f3n 4,3\/5)<\/li><li>Inadecuaci\u00f3n del parque de vivienda existente a las personas mayores, en el marco de un fen\u00f3meno de envejecimiento poblacional (valoraci\u00f3n 4,1\/5)<\/li><li>Dificultad de las diferentes Administraciones P\u00fablicas para mantener y gestionar los parques p\u00fablicos de vivienda (valoraci\u00f3n 3,9\/5)<\/li><li>Complejidad y dispersi\u00f3n normativa a nivel supramunicipal, en materias como la accesibilidad, la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica o la protecci\u00f3n del patrimonio (valoraci\u00f3n 3,7\/5)<\/li><li>Cambios en las necesidades de vivienda post-COVID19 (espacios m\u00e1s abiertos, terrazas y jardines) (valoraci\u00f3n 3,7\/5)<\/li><li>Desequilibrios en el casco hist\u00f3rico entre residentes y visitantes que pueden afectar al acceso a la vivienda, con fen\u00f3menos como la gentrificaci\u00f3n (valoraci\u00f3n 3,5\/5)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
